Products - Printing synthetics corks

The TCSI stamping allows marking with ink side surface of synthetic corks, with an output ranging from 12,000 up to 18,000 pieces / hour.
The marking of corks made of plastic it is extremely difficult, due to the limited power to grip the ink on the surface thereof .
The principal difficulties are either getting a good quality stamping and sharp, both in ensuring a good flexibility and persistence ink - without risk of smudging or deletions of the press.
These difficulties are dramatically highlighted by the treatment of the plugs during bottling (with the obvious stress of the cap from the pressure exerted by the jaws of the capping head), and with the subsequent removal of the cap: the cap causing the rubbing with the neck of the bottle, you put a strain on the persistence of stamping.
In order to definitively overcome the above problems, the MAR.CO. has developed a system of high-voltage corona treatment and high frequency, can make the cap wettable, with values above 46 dynes / cm.
On the latest version currently in production, thanks to sophisticated new technologies, such treatment is further enhanced, that it can be used with the same efficiency of caps of different structure and composition.
The caps are properly prepared for printing with this system, are subject to stamping monochrome system with off-set, using non-toxic ink.
A punched, the caps are moved to the UV curing station, which is fast drying ink.
The UV lamps, as well as ensuring effective action dried, have a potential bactericidal effect on the cap, before the same is for the next phase lubrication.
Using a software program for managing the different phases, specially developed, automates the entire process, while ensuring maximum efficiency and management capabilities.
